Health & Safety

Pre-Show
Before an event even opens its doors, we ensure that all Health & Safety measures are set up for success. Our team collects and reviews all relevant documentation from organisers, contractors, and exhibitors, checking each against the latest industry regulations and venue requirements. Where consultants are contracted, we carry out thorough checks to confirm they hold a current NEBOSH qualification relevant to their work and have at least two years’ hands-on experience in the exhibitions and events industry. This upfront diligence ensures that every person representing us onsite has the knowledge, qualifications, and professionalism to maintain the highest safety standards.

Build & Show Open

Once the event is live, our Health & Safety officers – all trained to a minimum NEBOSH level and fully versed in venue-specific fire safety and evacuation procedures – are present on the show floor. They work closely with local authorities, venue management, security teams, and emergency services to ensure that all protocols are followed and effectively communicated. From auditing stands for compliance, to monitoring floor activity during open hours, to overseeing safe working conditions during build-up and breakdown, our team is proactive, alert, and ready to respond to any situation.

Post-Show
When the event concludes, our work continues. We conduct a full debrief with organisers, reviewing what went well and identifying opportunities for improvement. Any follow-up documentation, incident reports, or safety recommendations are compiled and shared promptly. This final step ensures that lessons learned are captured, compliance records are complete, and organisers are fully supported in preparing for future events.

Our goal remains the same across every stage – to provide a safe, efficient, and compliant event environment, so organisers and participants can focus on delivering a successful show.
