Our Feature Managers are experienced professionals who understand the unique demands of live events. During the build phase, they oversee all aspects of feature area installation – from coordinating contractors and managing build schedules to ensuring brand guidelines and show-specific requirements are met. Whether working with in-house staff or contracted freelancers, we ensure all team members have at least two years’ proven experience in exhibitions and events, along with the skills to deliver complex feature builds smoothly and on schedule.

Once the event is live, our Feature Managers remain on hand to ensure each feature area operates seamlessly. They work closely with organisers, contractors, and venue teams to monitor presentation standards, troubleshoot issues, and manage any feature-specific logistics that arise. Their goal is to maintain a polished, engaging, and safe feature space that meets client expectations and enhances the visitor experience.

Breakdown
At the close of the show, our team manages the dismantling of feature areas with the same care and precision as the build. We coordinate contractor access, supervise safe removal of installations, and ensure all venue regulations are adhered to. By handling the breakdown efficiently, we help organisers wrap up quickly while protecting both the venue and the assets involved.
