From the moment the first contractor arrives, our Floor Managers are on hand to oversee all aspects of the build process. This includes managing contractor access, monitoring stand construction, coordinating feature area installations, and ensuring all activities comply with venue regulations. Acting as the central point of contact for organisers, they keep communication flowing across all operational areas, helping the build phase run efficiently and safely.

Show Open
Once the doors open, our team shifts focus to the smooth running of the live event. Floor Managers remain highly visible on the show floor, ready to resolve issues quickly, manage last-minute changes, and provide practical support to exhibitors, suppliers, and contractors. Specialist team members are trained in evacuation procedures and fire policy, working closely with venue management, local authorities, and emergency services to maintain the highest safety standards. Their proactive, solutions-focused approach ensures a professional and seamless experience for both organisers and visitors.

Breakdown
When the show closes, our work continues through the breakdown phase. Floor Managers coordinate the safe and orderly dismantling of stands, supervise contractor exit, and ensure all venue regulations are upheld. By managing this final stage with the same attention to detail as the build, we help organisers wrap up their event smoothly, on time, and without incident.
