Stand Auditing

Pre-Show
Our stand auditing process begins well before the event opens. We carry out detailed checks on exhibitor documentation and stand designs to ensure they meet organiser, venue, and legal requirements. Space Only stand approvals are led by experienced team members with many years of knowledge in venue and local authority regulations. We work closely with venue management to ensure clients are fully aware of up-to-date requirements and submit compliant plans. Approximately five weeks before the event, we contact each exhibitor, designer, and contractor with clear build-up procedures, delivery information, and security protocols. Our aim is to review and approve a minimum of 95% of stand plans before build-up begins, ensuring a smooth and efficient start onsite.

Build & Open
During the build period and live days, our team conducts on-site compliance checks to ensure all stand construction and finishing work is carried out in line with organiser, venue, and legal regulations. We liaise directly with contractors and exhibitors to resolve any non-compliance swiftly, minimising disruption while maintaining safety and standards. For Space Only stands, we work with structural engineers or other competent professionals to sign off compliance where required before the venue permits the event to open.

Post-Show
Following the event, we review the auditing process and identify any areas for improvement, both for exhibitors and for internal procedures. Feedback is shared with organisers to help streamline approvals and enhance compliance rates for future shows. This post-show analysis ensures we continually refine our processes and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
